Our latest Innovative DEF Solution - The DEF Magnevator II. This product is smaller and more compact than our original DEF Magnevator so that it easily fits in RAM 1500 EcoDiesel and Jeep EcoDiesel fuel doors.
We use Injection Molded parts made from Blue polypropylene and our original magnet.
The DEF Magnevator II makes it possible for you to fill your DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) tank OR reusable containers with DEF at truck stops that use the Magnetic Activated DEF Nozzle.
We experimented with lots of magnets until we found a magnet and a position on the nozzle that works. We use Injection Molded parts made from Blue polypropylene and our proven magnet. The improved Magnevator II fits the DEF nozzle perfectly. We test each one on a Magnetic Activated Nozzle to make sure it works. The Improved DEF Magnevator II has been 8 foot drop tested for ruggedness, function tested for DEF Nozzle fit and operation, and all materials that contact DEF or the Vehicle's DEF tank have passed DEF compatibility testing per ISO22241. Each unit is cleaned, dried, and then bagged.
It works great on our F350 and similar vehicles. Also intended for use on heavy trucks, farm vehicles, RVs, and just about any vehicle that uses DEF that does NOT have the magnetic release device installed in the fill interface.
