DEFJUG and DEFSPOUT Pass Contamination Testing

Purity of DEF is paramount for effective NOx reduction and SCR system life. DEF purity is highly dependent on methods and materials used for storage and dispensing of DEF.  Five Star DEF recognizes the need for testing of products and methods that we sell for storing and dispensing DEF.

Five Star DEF has recently completed testing to demonstrate the contamination-free performance of our DEFJUGs and DEFSPOUTs.  We tested the exact items we sell and are pleased to report that our DEFJUGs and DEFSPOUTs meet all ISO 22241-3 requirements applicable to containers for DEF and pass testing that verifies DEF dispensed from our DEFJUGs and DEFSPOUTs will meet ISO 22241-1 quality requirements after up to 50 reuses.

DEFJUGs include clear instructions and labeling to assure proper use.  Inspection and cleaning requirements are specified using the criteria recommended by ISO 22241-3.

Please see our Test Report for details and test data from our testing.
